摘  要:对白酒中甲醇快速检测仪的线性、稳定性、重复性和准确度等性能指标进行了系统考察。实验结果表明:当甲醇浓度在0~2.5g/L范围内时,检测仪标准工作曲线的线性相关系数r为0.9995;环境温度在10℃~40℃范围内时,温度对检测检测结果无影响;反应完显色体系在30min内检测结果的变化小于0.02g/L;五台检测仪测试重复性均小于5%;实际样品的低、中、高浓度加标回收率范围为92.9%~104.5%;与气相色谱法检测结果相对误差小于±10%,无显著性差异。A rapid method for determination of methanol in spirit by rapid methanol detector was estab- lished. In this paper, its main performance indicators were systematically studied, including linearity, stability, repeatability and precision. The corresponding correlation coefficient(r) of the linear equation was 0. 9995 for methanol in the concentration range of 0-2.5g/L. No effect on the result was found when the ambient temperature interval was 10℃-40℃. The variation of detection result was lower than 0.02g/L within 30 minutes. The repeatabilities of five detectors were lower than 5 %. The recoveries of methanol in three spiked levels were in the range of 92. 9%- 104. 5%. Compared to the gas chromatography tech- nique, the relative error of this method was lower than ±10% while there were no significant differences between the two methods above.
