摘 要:目的 :分析浙江省省级医院护士工作满意度现状与主要影响因素,为提高护士工作满意度提供依据。方法 :采用自行设计的护士工作满意度调查表对浙江省16家省级三级甲等医院的1 210名在岗护士进行问卷调查,用非条件Logistic回归对护士工作满意度的影响因素进行分析。结果 :护士工作满意度的总体得分为(4.15±0.61)分,工作氛围和员工关系维度的得分最高,工作内容和绩效评价维度的得分最低。影响因素分析发现女性比男性满意度高,护龄越长满意度越高,有正式编制的护士满意度更高,中医医院工作的护士满意度高于其他类型医院。结论:浙江省省级医院护士工作满意度水平较高,管理者应关注年轻、护龄短、职称低、无正式编制的护士,提高护士待遇,提升护理人员满意度水平。Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of nurses' job satisfaction in provincial hospitals in Zhejiang province. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 1 210 nurses from 16 tertiary grade A provincial hospitals. The influencing factors of nurses' job satisfaction were analyzed by non-conditional Logistic regression. Results: The average score of nurses' job satisfaction was 4.15±0,61, the working atmosphere and employee relationship dimension scored the highest, and the job content and performance evaluation dimension scored the lowest. Analysis of influence factors found that women had higher satisfaction than men. The longer working years, the higher satisfaction level. The formal nurses had higher satisfaction than the contract nurses. Nurses working in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine had higher job satisfaction than nurses from other types of hospital. Conclusion: The nurses' job satisfaction in Zhejiang provincial hospitals was at a high level. Nurse management department should pay more attention to young, short working years, low professional titles, and contract nurses, and improve nurses' remuneration and job satisfaction.
