群智感知在医疗信息采集中的隐私问题调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解大学生对群智感知信息采集的态度和对隐私保护的要求,为群智感知医疗信息采集任务设计提供参考依据。方法:随机选取某高校253名大学生为调查对象,对适用于群智感知不同类别的医疗信息采集任务进行分类,并评估参与者在不同隐私保护措施下的参与度。结果:大学生对群智感知信息采集的认可度较高,但对不同类别的群智感知医疗信息采集,随调查涉及隐私程度的不同而有所区别。结论:针对不同类别的采集任务,需先对群智感知采集任务进行适用度评估,并设定不同的保护措施,从而使得通过群智感知手段进行医疗信息采集有效开展。Objective To understand the college students＇ perceptions of crowd sensing and the requirement of privacy protection, and provide references for the design of crowd sensing in medical information collection. Method 253 cases of undergraduates were randomly sampled from one university, which was classified by different groups of crowd sensing. And their participation under different privacy protections was evaluated. Results College students had higher degree of recognition of crowd sensing, but the crowd sensing of medical information collection varied with the level of privacy involved in the survey. Conclusion For different types of medical crowd sensing tasks, it is necessary to firstly assess the applicability of crowd sensing of medical information collection, and set different protection measures for the effective collection of medical information by means of group - wise perception.
