摘  要:目的:对我国医学生英语口语焦虑的现状进行评估,并探讨其与口语水平和交际策略的相关性。方法:采用英语口语焦虑量表、口语水平测试和口语交际策略量表对109名医学生进行问卷调查和测试。结果:医学生英语口语焦虑得分为(96.11±17.196)分,口语焦虑与口语水平呈显著负相关(P<0.01),口语焦虑与交际策略呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:医学生中等程度地存在英语口语焦虑问题,有效的交际策略能降低口语焦虑,提高口语水平。Objective:To assess the current status of medical students' oral English anxiety in our country,and to explore their relevance to oral English and communication strategies.Methods:Questionnaires and tests were conducted on 109 medical students using the Spoken English Anxiety Scale,Oral Proficiency Test,and Spoken Communicative Strategy Scale.Results:Medical students' oral English anxiety scores were(96.11±17.196).There was a significant negative correlation between spoken language anxiety and oral language level(P〈.01).There was a significant negative correlation between oral language anxiety and communication strategies( P〈.01).Conclusion:Medical students have moderate problems in spoken English anxiety.Effective communication strategies can reduce oral anxiety and improve oral English.
