摘　　要：从2004年至今,高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设取得了显著的成效,队伍的年龄结构、知识结构、学历结构已经日趋合理,但在专兼职辅导员结构调整上还处于起步和探索阶段。本文以青年教师兼职辅导员为研究视角,从辅导员队伍结构调整的必要性,青年教师自身优势方面就青年教师从事兼职辅导员工作的可能性和可行性进行探讨,以就教于方家。From 2004 to now, the professionalization of college counselors has achieved remarkable results. The age structure,knowledge structure and academic structure of the team have become more and more reasonable, but they are still in the starting and exploring stages in the structural adjustment of the full-time part-time counselors. This paper takes the young teacher part-time counselor as the research perspective, discusses the necessity and feasibility of the young teachers to work as part-time counselors from the necessity of the adjustment of the counselor team structure and the young teachers＇ own advantages, so as to teach the family.
