摘　　要：园长是幼儿园的管理者,是众多利益和矛盾的汇聚中心,幼儿园管理行为和效果很大程度上取决于园长个人的素质。随着《幼儿园园长专业标准》的颁布,转变了传统园长担任行政领导的角色,园长在幼儿园管理过程中将面对领导者角色、管理者角色、教育者角色的挑战:个人领导力、沟通交流能力的挑战;综合管理和领导知识技能的挑战;课程管理能力的挑战。The director of the kindergarten is the administrator of the kindergarten. It is the center of many interests and contradictions. The behavior and effect of kindergarten management are largely determined by the personal quality of the garden director. With the promulgation of the professional standard of the kindergarten director, the role of the traditional leader is changed. The director will face the challenges of the leader role, the role of the manager, the role of the educator in the process of kindergarten management： the challenge of personal leadership and communication ability; the challenge of comprehensive management and leadership of knowledge and skills; the challenge of the ability of curriculum management.
