摘 要:为探析公费师范生小学教师职业认同的结构,编制公费师范生教师职业认同量表,本研究基于前期的调查和准备,对1082名农村公费师范生进行了施测。其中500人所测问卷数据用于验证性因素分析,对量表进行结构检验;另外582人所测问卷数据用于复核效度检验。研究结果表明:农村公费师范生的教师职业认同感包括:职业情感、职业动机、职业期望、职业价值观、行为倾向、职业认知六个维度。农村公费师范生教师职业认同量表具有良好的信、效度,可作为今后相关研究的工具。To survey the structure of primary school teacher professional identity of government-sponsored normal college students, the scale of the teacher professional identity is compiled. 1082 government-sponsored normal college students are investigated, among which 500 results are sued to verify the factor analysis and exam the structure of the scale, and 582 results are sued to re-exam the effectiveness. The results show that the teacher professional identity of the students consists of six sub-dimensions: professional emotion, professional motivation, professional expectation, professional value, behavioral intention and professional cognition. Moreover, the reliability coefficient and validity coefficient of the scale were pretty high, which can be used in future research.
