摘  要:目的:探讨高校体育教师心理契约履行、组织承诺与工作投入关系。方法:采用高校体育教师心理契约量表、组织承诺问卷和工作投入问卷问卷对506名高校体育教师进行问卷调查。结果:心理契约履行与工作投入呈显著正相关,组织承诺对工作投入有显著的正向预测作用;心理契约履行与工作投入呈显著正相关,心理契约履行对工作投入有显著的正向预测作用;心理契约履行与组织承诺呈低度正相关。结论:高校体育教师的心理契约履行、组织承诺对其工作投入有重要影响;组织承诺在心理契约履行与工作投入之间起部分中介作用。Objective: To explore the relationship between psychological contract, organizational commitment and job involvement in physical education teachers in colleges and universities. Methods: 506 college physical education teachers were investigated by the questionnaires of psychological contract, organizational commitment and job involvement. Results: the performance of psychological contract is positively related to job involvement, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job involvement, and psychological contract fulfillment is significantly positively related to job involvement. Conclusion: The psychological contract and organizational commitment of physical education teachers in colleges and universities have important influence on their work engagement; organiza- tional commitment plays an intermediary role between psychological contract fulfillment and job involvement.
