高校体育教师心理契约履行与工作投入的关系——组织承诺的中介

摘　　要：目的:探讨高校体育教师心理契约履行、组织承诺与工作投入关系。方法:采用高校体育教师心理契约量表、组织承诺问卷和工作投入问卷问卷对506名高校体育教师进行问卷调查。结果:心理契约履行与工作投入呈显著正相关,组织承诺对工作投入有显著的正向预测作用;心理契约履行与工作投入呈显著正相关,心理契约履行对工作投入有显著的正向预测作用;心理契约履行与组织承诺呈低度正相关。结论:高校体育教师的心理契约履行、组织承诺对其工作投入有重要影响;组织承诺在心理契约履行与工作投入之间起部分中介作用。Objective： To explore the relationship between psychological contract, organizational commitment and job involvement in physical education teachers in colleges and universities. Methods： 506 college physical education teachers were investigated by the questionnaires of psychological contract, organizational commitment and job involvement. Results： the performance of psychological contract is positively related to job involvement, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job involvement, and psychological contract fulfillment is significantly positively related to job involvement. Conclusion： The psychological contract and organizational commitment of physical education teachers in colleges and universities have important influence on their work engagement; organiza- tional commitment plays an intermediary role between psychological contract fulfillment and job involvement.
