中外高校体育旅游专业课程设置与实施的比较研究

摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的提高,对我国体育旅游的消费需求日益增长。而缺少体育旅游专业人才则是目前我国体育旅游发展的制约因素。体育旅游是一个劳动密集型产业,需要高素质的人力资源。体育旅游管理、设计、营销和服务都需要知识储备和操作技能高的人。而如何从当前体育旅游市场需求的角度出发,系统地挖掘和培养更多为体育旅游"保驾护航"的综合服务人员,将决定体育旅游产业未来的发展。笔者通过研究当前我国高校对体育旅游人才的培养现状,深入挖掘体育旅游人才所需的综合能力及其培养途径,探析完善的体育旅游相关课程设计,从而形成与高速发展的体育旅游产业相匹配的体育旅游人才培养模式。With the improvement of people＇s living standards, sports tourism in China has a great opportunity for development. However, the lack of sports tourism professionals is the key problem in the development of sports tourism in China. Sports tourism is a labor intensive industry, which needs high quality human resources. The management, design, marketing and service of sports tourism all need talents with knowledge and operating skills. And from the perspective of current sports tourism market demand, we will systematically explore and cul- tivate more comprehensive service personnel to escort sports tourism, which will decide the future of sports tourism industry. We study the present situation of the cultivation of sports tourism talents in China＇s colleges and universities, deeply dig out the comprehensive ability of the sports tourism talents and their cultivation methods, and analyze the perfect sports tourism-related curriculum design, in order to form sports tourism talent cuhiration pattern, which matches the rapid development of the sports tourism industry.
