摘  要:食品加工、酒精发酵等企业排放的废水中含有丰富的有机物,这些有机物在厌氧生物的作用下会产生大量沼气。将沼气通入燃煤锅炉中掺烧是一种节能、环保的沼气利用方式。结合酒精厂10 t/h循环流化床锅炉安装沼气掺烧系统的工业实例,介绍燃煤锅炉沼气掺烧技术的工艺流程和沼气掺烧系统的主要设备及其作用,分析掺烧沼气为企业带来的经济效益。实践证明,燃煤锅炉掺烧沼气能够节约燃煤、提高锅炉热效率、降低灰渣和污染物排放。The wastewater from food processing, alcohol formation and other enterprises is rich in organic matter, which will produce a lot of biogas in the role of anaerobic organisms. It is an energy-saving and environmental friendly utilization mode for biogas to be led into coal-fired boilers and burn with coal. Combined with an industrial example of equipping a 10 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler with biogas blended combustion system in an alcohol plant, the technological process, main equipment and its function of biogas blended combustion system are introduced, and the economic benefits brought for enterprise by biogas blended combustion are analyzed. Practice has proved that co-combustion of coal, and biogas in coal-fired boilers can save coal, improve thermal efficiency of boilers, and reduce emissions of ash and particulates.
