儿童情绪障碍患儿心理弹性与父母养育方式的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨住院治疗的儿童情绪障碍患儿心理弹性、父母养育方式及其关系。方法 65例儿童情绪障碍患儿,采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)进行问卷调查,观察患儿的心理弹性状况,并进行儿童情绪障碍心理弹性量表总分与父母养育方式的相关性分析。结果心理弹性各维度平均分中,坚韧性最高,力量性居中,乐观性最低。根据Pearson相关性分析,心理弹性量表总分与父亲惩罚严厉、过分干涉、拒绝与否认、过度保护呈负相关(r=-0.374、-0.260、-0.328、-0.157,P<0.05),与父亲情感温暖理解、偏爱呈正相关(r=0.578、0.273,P<0.05),与母亲情感温暖理解、偏爱呈正相关(r=0.523、0.243,P<0.05),与母亲过度干涉保护、否认拒绝、惩罚严厉呈负相关(r=-0.213、-0.498、-0.260,P<0.05)。结论儿童情绪障碍心理弹性与父母养育方式密切相关,良好的父母养育方式是提高心理弹性的有效方式。Objective To investigate the psychological resilience and parental rearing pattern in children with emotional disorders and its relationship. Methods Connor-Davidson resilience scale （CD-RISC） and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran （EMBU） were used to conduct a questionnaire survey in 65 children with emotional disorders. The psychological resilience of children with emotional disorders were observed, and the correlation between psychological resilience and parental rearing patterns in children with emotional disorders was analyzed. Results Among the average scores of all dimensions in psychological resilience, tenacity was the highest, strength was the center, and optimism was the lowest. According to Pearson correlation analysis, the total score of CD-RISC was negatively correlated with father＇ s punishment and severity, excessive interference, refusal, denial and overproteetion （r=-0.374, -0.260, -0.328, -0.157, P〈0.05）, and positively correlated with father＇ s emotional warmth, understanding and preference （r=0.578, 0.273, P〈0.05）, and positively correlated with mother＇ s emotional warmth, understanding and preference （r=0.523, 0.243, P〈0.05）, was negatively correlated with mother＇ s excessive interference and overproteetion, denial and refusal, punishment and severity （r=-0.213, -0.498, -0.260, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological resilience of children with emotional disorders is closely related to parental rearing patterns, and good parental rearing patterns are effective ways to improve psychological resilience.
