摘 要:采用表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、尿素(u)、碱对大豆分离蛋白(SPI)复合改性。利用正交实验研究了复合配比对胶粘剂接触角、吸水性的影响,并对固化后的胶粘剂进行了红外测试,对制得的胶合板进行了胶合强度测试。结果表明:复合改性有利于蛋白分子展开和重组。在SPI质量分数为5%,环氧交联剂(CA)添加量为1g,SDS和u的浓度分别为4g/L和8g/L,pH=10时,胶粘剂的接触角为100.85°,吸湿率为3.1%,耐水性提高。复合改性后蛋白活性基团暴露,与交联剂反应活性增加,制备的胶合板的胶合强度提高24.4%,达到0.97MPa。The soy protein isolate (SPI) was modified by surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), urea (U) and alkali. The effects of composite ratio on the contact angle and water absorption of the adhesive were studied by orthogonal experiment. The cured adhesive was tested by infrared test and the bonding strength of the obtained plywood was tested. The results showed that the compound denaturation was beneficial to the unfolding and recombination of protein molecules. When the SPI mass fraction was 5%,the epoxy erosslinker (CA) was added in an amount of 1 g,the SDS and U concentrations were 4 g/L, 8 g/L,respectively and pH=10, the contact angle and moisture absorption rate of the adhesive was 100.85 ° and 3.1%, respectively and the water resistance was improved. After the compound denaturation, the active group of the protein was exposed, the reactivity with the crosslinking agent was increased and the bonding strength of the prepared plywood was increased by 24.4% to 0.97 MPa.
