鸡内金及其混淆品的电泳图谱鉴定

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同生长阶段,不同性别的鸡内金及混淆品鸭内金、鸽子内金,建立鸡内金鉴别的简单方法。方法:用电极缓冲液超声提取样品中的蛋白质,经样品水解液加热水解后,用不连续SDS-PAGE法对不同生长阶段,不同性别的鸡内金及混淆品鸭内金,鸽子内金进行鉴别。结果:鸡内金与其混淆品鸭内金,鸽子内金有明显区别,不同生长阶段鸡内金SDS-PAGE图谱也有一定的区别。结论:该方法准确,可靠,重复性好,可对不同生长阶段,不同性别的鸡内金及混淆品的鉴别提供重要参数。Objective：To explore the different growth stages and gender confusion in Chicken＇s gizzard-membrane, ducks, and pigeons to establish the identification methods of Chicken＇s gizzard-membrane. Methods：The protein in the sample was extracted with the electrode buffer solution. The sample hydrolysate heating hydrolysis ,discontinuous SDS-PAGE method was used to identify Chicken＇s gizzard-membrane,ducks ,and pigeons at different growth stages and gender confusion. Results：There was the obvious difference between Chicken＇s gizzard-membrane and its confused.SDS-PAGE of the different growth stages of Chicken＇s gizzard-membrane was obvious different. Conclusion ：This method is accurate, reliable, repeatable.h could give important parameters provided in different growth stages and gender of Chicken＇s gizzard-membrane and confusion.
