摘  要:内在意愿是影响高校青年教师教学能力提升的关键因素,其强弱直接影响着提升效果.基于成就动机理论分析了高校青年教师成就动机与教学能力提升的关系,依据成就动机模型,立足增强青年教师的内在意愿,探讨了高校青年教师教学能力提升的对策.Inner intention is the key factor affecting the improvement of young college teachers' teaching ability,and its strength directly affects the effect of promotion. Based on the theory of achievement motivation, this paper analyzes the relationship between the achievement motivation and the teaching ability enhancement of young college teachers. Based on the achievement motivation model and the enhancement of young teachers' inner intention, this paper also discusses the countermeasures for improving the teaching ability of young college teachers.
