商业银行岗位价值评估的盲数模型及应用

摘　　要：岗位价值评估是商业银行人力资源管理中一项十分重要的基础工作．为了进一步提高评估的科学性和合理性，提出了基于因素计点法与盲数理论相结合的岗位价值评估新方法，并阐述了建模基本思想和求解步骤．应用示例表明，方法评估科学，结论可靠，具有较高的理论价值和应用价值．The job evaluation is a groundwork in human resource management for commercial banks. Aiming to improve the scientificity and rationality of assessment, this paper brings up a new method, a combination of the point-factor method and blind number theory, and explains the basic idea of modeling and its solution processes. Application examples illustrate that this assessment is scientific and the result is reliable. The method is of significant meanings, both theoretically and practically.
