摘 要:目的探讨大黄牡丹皮汤治疗肠道疾病的可能机制。方法实验分为杆菌组、高复组、中复组、低复组和头孢组。杆菌组为含108cfu/ml保加利亚乳酸杆菌的菌种混悬液;高复组、中复组、低复组在同杆菌组的菌种混悬液中分别加入制备好的大黄牡丹皮汤冻干粉4、1、0.25 g,浓度依次为40、10、2.5 mg/ml;头孢组在同杆菌组的菌种混悬液中加入头孢曲松钠药粉1g,浓度为10 mg/ml;放入恒温为37℃、5%CO2微生物培养箱中培养24 h。各组在0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22、24 h测量菌种浓度,在0、2、6、10、14、18、22 h测量培养基中L乳酸和D乳酸浓度。结果各组内各时间点菌种浓度、L乳酸和D乳酸浓度整体比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与杆菌组和低复组同时间比较,其余各组在各时间点菌种浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与头孢组同时间比较,高复组、中复组、低复组在各时间点菌种浓度均升高(P<0.05)。与高复组同时间比较,其余各组在各时间点L乳酸和D乳酸浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与头孢组比较,其余各组在各时间点L乳酸和D乳酸浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄牡丹皮汤可以提高保加利亚乳酸杆菌整体的繁殖水平,显著提高代谢产物L乳酸、D乳酸的分泌量,尤其以高浓度为佳。Objective To observe the possible mechanism of Dahuang Mudanpi Decoction( 大黄牡丹皮汤) in treatment of intestinal disease. Methods Five groups including bacillus group,high dasage group,middle dasage group,low dasage group and cephalosporin group. The bacillus group was made of suspension of 108 cfu/ml lactobacillus bulgaricus. The high dasage group,middle dasage group and low dasage group separately added freeze-dried powder of Dahuang Mudanpi Decoction with 4 g( 40 mg/ml),1 g( 10 mg/ml),and 0. 25 g( 2. 5 mg/ml) on the basis of bacillus group. The cephalosporin group was added 1 g( 10 mg/ml) ceftriaxone sodium powder on the basis of bacillus group. All of these groups were put into microorganism incubator with 37℃,5% CO2 for 24 hours. The concentration of bacterium of each group was detected at the 0,2 nd,4 th,6 th,8 th,10 th,12 th,14 th,16 th,18 th,20 th,22 th,24 th hour. The concentration of lactic acid L and lactic acid D was detected at the 0,2 nd,6 th,10 th,14 th,18 th,22 th hour. Results The concentration of bacterium,lactic acid L and lactic acid D of each group at each time point was significant different( P〈0. 05). Simultaneously compared with bacillus group and low dasage group,the concentration of bacterium in other groups at each tome point was significantly different( P〈0. 05). Simultaneously compared with cephalosporin group,the concentration of bacterium in high dasage group,middle dasage group and low dasage group were increased at each time point( P〈0. 05). Simultaneously compared with high dasage group,the concentration of lactic acid L and lactic acid D of each group at each time point was significant different( P〈0. 05). Compared with cephalosporin group,the concentration of lactic acid L and lactic acid D of each group at each time point was significant different( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Dahuang Mudanpi Decoction can improve the reproduction ability of lactobacillus bulgaricus and significantly increase the output of lactic acid L and l
