摘　　要：G企业的研究院是其所在企业集团产品创新和科技创新的中心,建有博士后工作站等科技平台,与研究型大学或科研机构联合培养博士后,在乳制品营养、食品安全控制等领域展开深入合作研究,构筑了产学研紧密结合的研发体系。G企业立足于企业自身实际发展需求,建立健全博士后培养管理组织体系,充分利用政府、高校、海外资源,注重协同创新,在博士后培养方面具有鲜明的特色和经验。The research institute of G company is the center of product innovation and technological innovation of the enterprise group in which it operates.The institute has a scientific and technological platform such as postdoctoral research center and cooperates with research universities or scientific research institutions to develop postdoctoral research and development in dairy nutrition and food safety control. Based on the actual needs of enterprise development, G company establishes sound post-doctoral training management organization system, makes full use of all resources, and focuses on collaborative innovation. The institute has distinctive characteristics and experience in postdoctoral training.
