箱庭治疗在儿童青少年抑郁症治疗中的疗效刍议

摘　　要：目的探讨箱庭治疗在儿童青少年抑郁症中的临床效果及价值。方法便利选取2016年3月—2018年3月在该院接受治疗的80例抑郁症儿童青少年,按照随机数字表达法将其分为观察组(n=40)与参考组(n=40),两组均接受常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上配合箱庭治疗,评价两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分、一般自我价值感(GS)评分及人际交往能力量表评分分别为(24.06±2.21)分、(9.16±2.58)分、(135.61±8.40)分,与参考组(23.99±2.69)分、(9.67±2.66)分、(135.20±8.56)分比较差异无统计学意义(t1=0.127、t2=0.870、t3=0.216,P>0.05);治疗后观察组各评分改善程度明显大于参考组(P<0.05)。结论箱庭治疗在儿童青少年抑郁症中应用具有显著价值,有助于提高其自信心、社交能力,减轻抑郁症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of boxin therapy in children and adolescents with depression. Methods 80 children with depression who were convenient selected and treated in the hospital from March 2016 toMarch 2018 were randomly divided into observation group （n=40） and reference group （n=40）. All groups received conventional drug treatment. The observation group cooperated with the box treatment on this basis to evaluate the treatment effects of the two groups. Results Before treatment, the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD-17）, general self-worth（GS） score, and interpersonal competence scores in the observation group were （24.06±2.21） points, （9.16±2.58） points, and（135.61±8.40） points respectively. There was no significant difference between the reference group of （23.99±2.69）points,（9.67±2.66） points and （135.20±8.56） points （t1=0.127, t2=0.870, t3=0.216, P〉0.05）. After treatment, the scores in the observation group improved significantly more than the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of boxing in childrenand adolescents with depression has significant value, which helps to improve their self-confidence, social ability and reduce depressive symptoms.
