摘 要:目的探讨微课教学在肾脏病教学当中的施行效果。方法南通大学医学院2018届临床医学本科实习生两个班级共50名学生,每班25人,两班抽签法随机分为实验组及对照组。实验组进行微课教学,对照组进行传统教学,最后两组学生进行理论考试和病例分析考试,比较两组考试成绩。结果两组学生对所教授的理论知识测试差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);但在病例分析题的解答上,实验组学生成绩优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论微课教学法有助于提高学生理论与临床相结合的思维能力。Objective To explore the application effect of nficrolecture in the teaching of Nephrology. Methods The students fi'om the Medical College of Nantong University- were divided into the experimental group (n= 50) and control group( n= 50). The students in experimental group were taught by the microlecture. And the control group was taught by the traditional teaching method. The scores of the theoretical exanfination and the case analysis examination were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups on theoretical knowledge. In the exanfination of case analysis, the academic achievement of the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusions The microlecture method can improve the ability of students to integrate theory and clinic.
