摘　　要：基础护理实训是护生掌握临床护理基本操作技能的重要学习内容,临教结合背景下实训教学效果决定着护生技能水平的高低。该文从临床需要的角度分析高职院校护理实训教学目前存在的问题,并提出了有效的临教结合教学策略以提高实训教学效果和促进职业教育护理人才的培养。Basic nursing training is an important learning content for nursing students to master the basic operational skillsof clinical nursing. The effect of practical teaching in the context of combination of teaching and learning determines thelevel of nursing skills. This paper analyzes the current problems in nursing practice teaching in higher vocational collegesfrom the perspective of clinical needs, and puts forward an effective combination of teaching strategies to improve the effectof training and promote the training of vocational education nursing talents.
