大五人格量表在护理本科生中的应用

摘　　要：采用大五人格量表(IPIP-NEO-120)(中文版)对湖州师范学院护理专业本科生进行问卷调查,检验量表的信效度,并对护理本科生的人格特质进行分析.结果显示,IPIP-NEO-120的信效度较好;护理专业本科生的外倾性和尽责性得分随着年级的递增呈递增趋势(P<0.05),男生的神经质得分较女生低(P<0.05);二本学生在开放性、宜人性和尽责性三个维度上的得分均比三本学生高,差异性显著(P<0.01).可见,IPIP-NEO-120量表适用于护理专业本科生,并且不同年级、性别以及二本、三本学生之间的差异具有统计学意义.By using Chinese version of IPIP NEO 120, the investigation has surveyed nursing undergraduates to explore their personal attributes on the basis of reliability and validity analysis of IPIP NEO 120. The IPIP NEO 120 has high alpha reliability and validity. The score of extroversion increases with their grade （ P〈0.05）. Girls have higher score than boys in the aspect of nervousness （ P〈0.05）, while the students of third batch get lower marks than second batch undergraduates in openness ,agreeableness and conscientiousness, which are statistically significant （ P〈0. 01）. We can conclude that the IPIP NEO 120 is suitable for measuring personality traits of nursing undergraduates in China. And the differences among students of different grades, different genders and different categories have a great statistical significance.
