改革实验教学模式培养大学生的实际动手能力

摘　　要：传统的大学生实验教学模式存在诸多不足,如:缺乏自主学习能力的锻炼、教学效益性低、创新性不高、学生动手实验时间少等。再生医学实验中心针对以上弊端,坚持"创新引领,技能突出,理论厚实,以学生为中心"的理念,改革试验教学模式,全面开放实验室,在有限师资力量下,研究生与本科生相结合,共同进步,培养学习主动性和积极性,培养大学生实际动手能力,进一步提高大学生实验创新能力,以及交流讨论的能力。The traditional experimental teaching have exposed many deficiencies,so Research Center For Regenerative Medicine is become a fully open laboratory which shares the experimental teaching resources and pay more attention to cultivating the practice ability of university students. What＇s more,this experimental teaching reform is based on the student-oriented experimental teaching and the students＇active experiment in which university students get more chances to communicate with the postgraduates and obtain more effective guidance without the limitation of the teachers＇ lack.
