面向本科生毕业设计的校企合作模式实践与探索

摘　　要：研究和探索如何有效地提高本科生毕业设计质量,对于提高高等院校教学质量方面具有重要的意义。然而,随着高等教育的大众化,教学资源严重匮乏,且学生就业压力不断加大,本科毕业设计的质量出现逐年滑坡的趋势。本文从本科生毕业设计的教学实践出发,在校企科研项目合作的基础上,结合本科生课外研学要求,探索一种面向本科生毕业设计的校企合作模式。在该模式下,毕业设计学校导师和企业导师共同商讨在本科二年级确定毕业设计选题、制定毕业设计目标和下达毕业任务,协同指导本科生毕业设计。该模式充分发挥了学校和企业在各自领域的优势,保证了充足的本科毕业设计时间,培养了学生运用理论知识解决工程实际问题的能力,激发了学生对毕业设计的兴趣,最终提高了本科生毕业设计质量。It is of great significance to study and explore how to improve the quality of graduation projecteffectively in order to improve the quality of teaching in higher education institutions.However,with the expansion ofhigher education,the shortage of teaching resources,and the increasing pressure on the employment of students,thequality of graduate design has been declining year by year.Based on cooperation between school and enterprise,combined with extracurricular research requirements of undergraduate,this paper explored a school-enterprisecooperation model for graduate design of undergraduate,proceed from teaching practice.In this mode,the tutors ofschool and enterprise discussed and determined the subject of graduation design in sophomore year,formulated target andassigned task subsequently,coordinated the guidance throughout the graduate design.This model gave full play to theadvantages of schools and enterprises in their respective fields,guaranteed the sufficient time for undergraduate design,trained the ability to solve engineering problems by using theoretical knowledge,aroused the interest of students ingraduation project,so that improved the quality of undergraduate graduate design ultimately.
