药学专业实验教学改革的探索

摘　　要：为了提高药学教育的实验教学质量,培养综合型人才,以延边大学药学院药学类专业的实验教学为试点,进行实验教学的改革。通过优化实验教学的内容、完善实验教学的方式、建立合理的实验教学考核体系等方面,注重学生综合能力的培养,加强学用互动,从而培养学生的创新能力、发现、分析和解决问题的能力,提高了学生的积极性与主动性。通过改革,不仅取得了良好的教学效果,也间接地提高了教师队伍的专业素质。In order to improve the experimental teaching quality of pharmacy education and cultivatecomprehensive talents,the article illustrated how to reform the experimental teaching of pharmaceutical specialty inYanbian University.By optimizing the content of experimental teaching,perfecting the way of experimental teaching andestablishing a reasonable experimental teaching evaluation system,we should pay attention to the cultivating thecomprehensive ability of students,and strengthening the interaction between learning and usefulness,further cultivatestudents＇ innovation ability,and ability to find problems,analyze and solve problems.All these measures would improvethe enthusiasm and initiative of students.The reform on experimental teaching not only achieved good teaching results,but also indirectly improved the professional quality of teachers.
