高中生职业兴趣测评与职业成熟度的相关研究

摘　　要：本文以三亚市一中高三学生为被试,采用霍兰德职业兴趣测评量表和刘慧的中学生职业成熟度问卷,探讨和分析高中生的职业兴趣与职业成熟度的相关程度,为其职业发展提供更进一步的指导。研究结果表明,三亚市一中高三学生的职业兴趣类型与职业发展多个因子间存在显著相关。In this study,senior students from Sanya No.1 middle school are selected as subjects. The HollandVocational Interest Rating Scale and Liu Hui＇s Middle School Student Occupational Maturity Questionnaire are used toexplore and analyze the correlation between vocational interests and professional maturity of high school students,inorder to provide further guidance for career development. The results of the study show that there is a significantcorrelation between occupational interest types and career development factors among the senior students from SanyaNo.1 middle school.
