校企合作存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：职业教育目前还处在有很多问题的阶段,校企合作是解决当前职业教育诸多问题的突破口和关键点。本文从政府管理机制、职业院校适应企业发展需求的能力、企业参与职业教育的积极性、校企合作的模式等方面分析目前校企合作存在的问题。提出建立健全政府主导、行业指导、企业参与的校企合作办学机制,制定促进校企合作的政策法规,创新校企合作的运行模式,建立校企合作在内涵上的对接机制。Vocational education is still in the stage of many problems,and the cooperation between school andenterprise is the breakthrough and key point to solve the problems of current vocational education.This paper analyzesthe existing problems of school enterprise cooperation from the aspects of government management mechanism,vocational colleges＇ ability to adapt to the needs of business development,the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate invocational education,and the mode of school enterprise cooperation.It is proposed to establish and improve the schoolrunning mechanism of government led,industry guidance and enterprise participation,formulate policies and regulationsto promote school enterprise cooperation,innovate the operation mode of school enterprise cooperation,and establish thedocking mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in connotation.
