基于ESP理念的成人高等教育英语教学改革探析

摘　　要：在经济全球化大背景尤其是"一带一路"(The Belt and Road)倡议提出后,对英语人才的需求越来越呈现出特定领域的专业化倾向。目前,我国成人高等教育英语教学仍然沿袭全日制的教学模式,难以满足成人高等教育的实际需要。文章尝试引入专门用途英语(English for Special Purposes)理念,探索我国成人高等教育英语教学的改革路径。Based on the background of economic globalization, especially the promotion of the Belt and Road, the demands for English talents are becoming more and more specialized in specific areas. Presently, in our country the English teaching mode for adult higher education still follows the full-time teaching mode, which is difficult to meet its need. This paper attempts to introduce the concept of English for Special Purposes （ESP） to explore the reform path of the English teaching for adult higher education in China.
