摘 要:目的:明确临床检验常规岗位应用的主要知识点、技能点及职业能力要求,为教学改革提供科学依据。方法:对全国52家医院检验科116个知识点及技能点抽样调查,分析临床检验常规技术应用情况。结果:血细胞分析仪等各种自动化仪器在临床应用广泛,但与形态相关的项目仍多采用手工方法检测;开展的项目数量三级医院明显多于二级医院。结论:临床检验基础教学内容可作适当调整,注重传统基本技能与现代自动化仪器检测教学相结合,增加综合性实验,加强教学模式改革。Objective: Clarify the main knowledge points, skill points and professional ability requirements for clinical application of regular positions, and provide scientific basis for teaching reform. Methods: A sample survey of 116 knowledge points and skill points in 52 hospitals across the country was conducted to analyze the application of routine clinical techniques. Results: Various automated instruments such as blood cell analyzers are widely used in clinical practice, but the methods related to morphology are still mostly detected by manual methods;the num- ber of third-level hospitals is significantly higher than that of secondary hospitals. Conclusion:The teaching content of "Basic Clinical Examina- tion"can be adjusted appropriately, focusing on the combination of traditional basic skills and modem automated instrument testing, increasing comprehensive experiments and strengthening teaching reform.
