摘　　要：根据我国医学教育改革是以提升医学生的临床能力、培养学生临床思维能力为核心目的,通过整合优化医学临床教学内容,压缩核心课程学时,推行延长"见习医生制"实施时间,逐渐将课堂从学校搬到医院,转化临床授课形式,实现早临床、多临床、反复临床,培养医学生关爱病人、尊重生命的职业操守和解决临床实际问题的能力,探索出一条符合5年制医学院校临床医院实际情况的医学人才培养新路径。According to the essential medical education reform in China, the essential purpose of improving the clinical ability of medical students and cultivating students＇ clinical thinking ability is to optimize the medical clinical teaching content, compress the essential course hours, and implement the extension of the ＂training system＂ implementation time. The school moved to the hospital, transformed the clinical teaching form, realized early clinical, multi-clinical, repeated clinical, cultivated the ability of medical students to care for patients, respect life＇ s professional ethics and solve clinical practical problems,and explore a clinic that meets the 5-year medical eoUege. A new path for medical personnel training in the actual situation of the hospital.
