摘  要:核医学住院医师规范化培训基地作为新独立的专业培训基地,遇到了学科发展不平衡、带教意识及考核评价体系欠缺等难点。浙大一院探索了基于岗位胜任力的核医学住院医师培训教学体系:明确分层分级管理目标及评级体系、加强过程管理、加强师资建设、360度教学效果反馈并持续质量改进等,有效提高了住院医师规范化培训质量。As a new independent professional training base, the standardized training base for resident physicians of nuclear medicine has encountered difficulties such as unbalanced development of disciplines, awareness of teaching and lack of assessment system. The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University explored a nuclear medicine resident training system based on job competency:clarify hierarchical management objectives and rating system, strengthen process management, strengthen teacher development, 360-degree teaching effect feedback and continu- ous quality improvement, etc. These measures effectively improved the quality of standardized training for residents.
