摘  要:教育正义是社会正义的重要组成部分,义务教育均衡发展是近年来我国努力推进教育正义的重要举措,但在推进过程中出现了重权利正义,轻价值正义,并对精英教育的正当性提出质疑甚至否定的倾向。当前西方的正义理论本身尚存在瑕疵,具体表现在分配正义理论的局限和关系正义的欠缺两方面。教育实践中也存在优质师资资源稀缺和受教育个体先天禀赋存在差异的现实问题。精英教育是构成价值正义的重要组成部分,"以权利正义为体,以价值正义为用"应该是今后我国教育改革所需秉持的基本信念。Education justice is an essential part of social justice.China's education equilibrium reform is an important measure to promote educational justice.However,during the reform,the right justice tends to outweigh the value justice and the legitimacy of elite education has been questioned or even rejected.The theory of justice in the western world needs to be perfected for its limitation of the distributive justice and lack of the relational justice.In the actual educational practice,we still encounter problems such as the lack of high-quality teachers and the difference in talents between individuals.Therefore,elite education is the embodiment of the value justice.China's educational reform should hold firm to the principles that right justice should be the basis and value justice be the supplement.
