摘 要:从知识位势视角,构建了项目型组织知识共享的基本激励模型和考虑自然状态负效用影响的知识共享激励模型,研究了不同状态影响下组织和高知识位势主体知识共享激励的关系。研究结果表明,与不考虑自然状态负效用影响相比,考虑自然状态负效用影响下的组织净收益增加;考虑自然状态负效用影响引起高知识位势主体的社会惰化效应。在考虑自然状态负效用的影响下,组织在面对高知识位势主体对自然状态的估计值时可根据自己掌握的信息来做出相应的激励系数的修正,减少组织的知识投入成本。Based on knowledge potential,the basic incentive model of knowledge sharing and the incentive model considering the negative effect of natural state in project-based organization are constructed.Then the relationship of knowledge sharing incentive between organization and the high-potential member in different influence degree of the natural state is studied.Results show that:firstly,compared with non-considering the negative effect of natural state on the sharing incentive of the high-potential member,the organizational net profit will be greater under the negative effect of natural state;secondly,there will be a social loafing effect caused by high-potential member under considering the negative effect of natural state.Therefore,considering the negative effect of the natural state,when the organization confronts the situation where the high-potential member has estimated values about the nature state,it can correct its incentive coefficient via grasping the corresponding information,then it can decrease the knowledge input cost.
