高职国土资源调查与管理专业现代学徒制试点的实践与探索——以江西应用技术职业学院为例

摘　　要：江西应用技术职业学院国土资源调查与管理专业是江西省资源厅确定的全省国土资源专业技术人员定向培养专业。该专业推行现代学徒制试点工作以来,构建并实施了具有现代学徒制特点的学校和国土资源管理单位"双元育人"人才培养模式,推行和实施"三学期二强化一对接"的教育教学模式,构建与施行以项目为导向的实践教学体系,突出专业技能与岗位需求的高度衔接,实现产教深度融合,形成学校与国土资源管理单位双元主体办学格局,取得了一系列成果,值得推广和借鉴。The Jiangxi Provincial College of Applied Technology is a specialization in land resources survey and management of Jiangxi Province. Since the professional implementation of the modern apprenticeship pilot project, it has constructed and implemented a＂double-education＂talent training model for schools and land resources management units that have modern apprenticeship characteristics. Implement and implement the ＂three semesters of two intensified one-to-one＂ education and teaching model, construct and implement a project-oriented practical teaching system, and highlight the high convergence of professional skills and job requirements. Achieve the deep integration of production and education, and form a dual-subject school structure for schools and land and resources management units. A series of achievements have been made and worthy of promotion and reference.
