摘　　要：本文从勘查技术与工程行业对高素质技术技能人才需求现状为出发点,重点从高职院校勘查技术与工程类专业复合式创新型人才培养观和创新课程体系构建两方面分析复合式人才培养路径,改革传统专业人才培养目标和培养模式,多维度提高专业人才培养质量。This paper starts from the current situation of the demand for high quality technical talents in exploration technology and engineering industry. It focuses on analyzing the training path of compound talents from the perspectives of the view of cultivating innovative talents and the construction of innovative curriculum system. It reforms the training objective and training mode of traditional professional talents and multidimensional improvement of the quality of professional personnel training.
