摘  要:本文从我国高校就业指导课程存在着课程形式单一、内容缺乏实用性、师资力量严重不足、评估机制有待加强等三个问题,有针对性地提出课程设置应考虑学院专业特色、不断加强师资专业能力素质、建立健全的课程评估制度等措施,由此不断提升高校毕业生就业率及就业质量。In this paper, there are three problems about Chinese college students’ employment guidance courses: single curriculum form, lack of practical content, severe shortage of teacher resources, and need to strengthen the evaluation mechanism.Based on the analysis, it is necessary to consider college professional features, strengthen the professional competence of teachers, and establish a sound curriculum assessment system. This will continue to increase the employment rate and employment quality of college graduates.
