我国老年教育问题研究——由日本公民馆带来的启示

摘　　要：随着中国老龄化不断加剧,老年教育受到越来越多的重视。公民馆作为社会教育设施在日本老年教育中占有重要位置,通过阐述公民馆和日本老年教育之间的关系,探究公民馆与地方公共事业、社会教育设施、学校、政府等发展模式,提出我国老年教育应该借鉴日本公民馆建设的经验,完善法律体系、发展社区教育、丰富课程内容。The elderly education in Japan has a high level of development, especially represented by Kominkan, which plays an important role in Japan＇s social education, covering health care,culture, and social services, and strengthening the cooperation of regional exchanges with schools,local public services and government departments. This has a certain reference for the elderly education in China. The development of the elderly education in our country is lagging behind the growth rate of the elderly population. The elderly education in China should be accelerated through the establishment and improvement of the community education system, in an effort to improve the legal system of the elderly education, develop community education, enrich the course contents and eventually enhance the life quality of the elderly.
