校企合作共建物理创新实训基地的初步探索

摘　　要：为了充分利用高校以外的产业、研究部门的资源,培养更加适应社会发展需要的高素质人才,以"资源共享、优势互补、互利共赢、共同发展"为理念,建设了校企合作共建实验室--物理创新实训基地.初步探索了一套适合自身发展的物理创新实训基地建设的思路和方法,真正发挥校企合作对应用物理专业人才培养的作用.In order to make full use of the resources of the enterprise and research department, and to cultivate more high - quality talents to adapt to the needs of social development, based on the concept ＂resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and common development＂, the physics innovative training base is built. We have initially explored a set of ideas and methods for the construction of physics innovative training base suitable for our own development, so as to truly play the role of school enterprise cooperation in the training of applied physics professionals .
