摘 要:采用透析紫外法,利用流动分析仪自动完成25种含糖食品中总糖含量的检测。该方法和传统斐林氏法对比表明,2种方法精密度之间无显著性差异。透析紫外法总糖检测标准曲线:y=0.0342x+0.0006(R^2=0.9996),线性范围为(0.1~10)g/L,加标回收率为97.1%~102.9%,仪器重现性为0.25%~0.54%,方法重现性为0.50%~1.60%,满足检测要求,且透析紫外法比斐林氏法更简便高效,可作为批量检测含糖食品中总糖的方法。It was used flow analyzer to finish the detection of total sugar content in 25 kinds of sugary food, based on dialysis ultraviolet method. The result showed that there was no significant difference in precision between this method and the tradition Fehlings reagent method. The standard curve of this method was(y=0.0342 x+0.0006(R^2=0.9996)), with a good standard detection range of(0.1-10)g/L, the recovery rate of 97.1%-102.9%, the repeatability precision rate of method between 0.50% and 1.60%, the repeatability precision rate of instrument between 0.25% and 0.54%. This method met the detection requirements, and it's easier and more efficient than the Fehlings reagent method, so it can be use as a method of bulk detection of total sugar in sugary food.
