摘  要:医师薪酬作为医师绩效管理中最为重要的一环,在提高医师积极性、保证工作质量方面有着极其重要的作用。通过借鉴以资源为基础的相对价值量表(RBRVS)的原理,从操作对应、财务管理、薪酬激励、技术转型驱动、本土化扩展等方面研究医疗机构应用RBRVS的可行性,并对RBRVS在应用过程中可能存在的标准化、RVU赋值、财务管理、绩效管理等难点提出相应的对策,以期设计一套体现医务人员劳动价值、切实可行的绩效管理方案。The physician's salary is one of the important part in physician's performance management, it has vital function in improving physician's enthusiasm and ensuring working quality. By referring to the principle of Resource - Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) , this paper studies the feasibility of applying RBRVS in medical institutions fi'om the aspects of what operation correspondence, financial management, salary incentive, technology transformation and localization expand. It puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the difficuhies like standardization, RVU assignment, financial management, performance management and other in the process of RBRVS application, so as to design a set of reflecting medical staft's labor value and feasible performance management plan.
