摘　　要：实验室信息系统(LIS)的广泛应用,对医学检验人才的能力和素质提出了更高的要求,给医学检验实验教学工作带来更多的机遇和挑战。本研究从实验教学的角度,自主设计构建了符合教学要求的模拟LIS系统及培训平台,开创了新型的实验室管理制度,编写了一套实验教学LIS系统标准操作规程,建立了一支合格的培训师资队伍,全面实行开放预约制度,实现了学生轮训目标。The wide application of the Laboratory Information System（LIS） in clinic laboratory has put forward higher demands on the ability and quality of medical examinees. It also brings more opportunities and challenges to medical examination laboratory teaching. In order to meet the need that the examinees will face in practical experimental work, we independently designed and constructed a simulated LIS system and training platform, created a new laboratory management system, and compiled a set of standard operating procedures for experimental teaching LIS system, established a qualified trainer team as well as the full implementation of the open appointment system, so that the goal of students rotation.has achieved.
