教师德性的内涵、核心表征与培育

摘　　要：教师德性是一种能够担当起教师角色职责的专业道德品质,是教师在教育实践中所反映出的个人品质,能够确保教育内在利益的获得——促进学生成"人"。借鉴德性伦理与规则伦理的逻辑,教师德性的核心表征是爱与公正。教师之爱引领学生健全自由发展,教师公正保证了促进学生发展的全体性,这是教师能够履行教育使命的德性基础。培育教师德性需要制度公正和教师自觉修炼两维度同时持续作为。Teachers ’ virtue is the professional moral quality that enables one to be a competent teacher. It is the personal quality reflected from a teacher ’ s practice of education, which can ensure access to educational intrinsic interest, which means promoting students ’ all-round development. In the light of virtue ethics and rule ethics, the core characteristics of teachers ’ virtue are love and justice, which are the virtue basis for teachers to accomplish their educational mission. The cultivation of teachers＇ virtue requires the con-tinuous effort in two dimensions ： institutional justice and teachers＇ conscious cultivation.
