摘 要:研究了动力总成悬置从路谱载荷到单轴实验载荷开发,提出将路谱载荷分为极限载荷和一般载荷,分别采取CAE损伤和虚拟损伤计算,即分段损伤计算方法,并基于各个分段等效损伤开发悬置单轴载荷,零件最终的实验载荷为各段单轴载荷的汇总。在某新项目动力总成悬置开发中应用该方法制定实验载荷,并做了相关实验。实验结果表明,该方法制定的单轴载荷和多轴实时载荷有较好的一致性,达到验证实验的目的,同时节约了实验时间和成本。The PT mount uni - axis fatigue test load development method from RLDA is stud-ied in this article,and it is proposed that the RLDA will be classed as extreme load and normal load.For extreme load,CAE is employed to calculate the fatigue damage, and for normal load, pseudo fatigue damage is used. The uni - axis test load are developed separately based on equivalent fatigue damage for each segment, and then be compiled together to parts test load. The method is employed in a new program, and test is conducted. The test result show that uni - axis fatigue test load have good correlation with multi - axis test, and could meet the test requirement with time and cost saving.
