财贸素养教育“五板块”育人模式实践与探索

摘　　要：财贸素养教育是北京财贸职业学院为培养财贸类高职人才的职业素养而开发的特色教育项目。从2003年起,经过多年的实践与探索,财贸素养教育逐步形成了比较系统的"五板块"育人模式和独特的"5341"运行体系,其成效获得学校师生、同行、社会和企业的广泛认可。为全面贯彻党的十九大和全国高校思想政治工作会议精神,落实立德树人根本任务,学校将从深化教育性、体现时代性、实现普惠性、展现职业性、做好传承性、浸润滋养性等六个方面推进财贸素养教育工作。Literacy education of finance and commerce is a special education project developed by Beijing College of Finance and Trade to cultivate the professional quality of talents in finance and commerce. After years of practice and exploration,literacy education of finance and commerce has gradually formed a more systematic ＂five-plate＂ education model and a unique operation system of ＂5341＂ since 2003, and its effectiveness has been widely recognized by teachers,students, peers, society and enterprises. In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party and the National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people, the college will promote literacy education of finance and commerce from six aspects：deepening education, embodying the times, achieving universal benefits ,showing professionalism, doing well in inheritance, infiltration and nourishment.
