摘　　要：在北京市紧密围绕"四个中心"的战略定位、大力构建推动减量发展的体制机制、完善京津冀协同发展体制机制、深化科技文化体制改革之际,职业教育所提供的人才已经无法满足经济发展与产业结构调整的需要。本文从北京职业教育的层次结构问题入手展开研究,提出当前北京职业教育层次结构不够完整、层次定位不够明确、层次之间衔接不够灵活等几项问题,并探讨使其合理化的相应对策,从而促进北京职业教育层次结构优化,使其进一步满足北京市建设国际一流的和谐宜居之都所需。At the time when Beijing is closely centered on the strategic orientation of the ＂four centers＂, vigorously constructs the system mechanism to promote the reduction of development, perfects the system mechanism of coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and deepens the reform of scientific and cultural system,the talents provided by vocational education can no longer meet the needs of economic development and industrial restructuring. Starting from the study of the hierarchical structure of Beijing vocational education, this paper puts forward several problems, such as the incomplete hierarchical structure, the unclear hierarchical orientation and the insufficient flexibility of linking up the hierarchical structure of Beijing vocational education, and probes into the corresponding countermeasures to rationalize them, so as to promote the optimization of the hierarchical structure of Beijing vocational education and to make it possible for Beijing vocational education to achieve the goal of promoting its development. It further meets the needs of Beijing to build a world-class harmonious and livable city.
