摘 要:目的在皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中应用改良案例教学法(improved case-based learning,ICBL),分析培训效果,并进行评价。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月在江苏大学附属医院皮肤科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员46名,随机分为实验组22名和对照组24名。实验组的学员采用改良CBL教学法进行临床带教,对照组采用传统临床带教模式。规培结束后进行基础理论知识考试及临床技能考核,将两组结果对比,并对两组住院医师规范化培训学员进行问卷调查,分析学员对两种教学方法的认可度。结果实验组基础理论知识考试及临床技能考核成绩与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但实验组对教学方法认可度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在皮肤科住院医师规范化培训带教中,改良CBL教学法可增加学员学习兴趣,提高学员学习主动性和积极性。Objective To evaluate the educational effect of the improved case-based learning (ICBL) in the training of dermatological residents. Methods A total of 46 clinical medical students from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two equal groups experimental group with 22 cases and control group with 24 cases. The experimental group was taught with ICBL teaching method, while the control group was taught with traditional clinical teaching method. After the training, the basic theoretical knowledge examination and clinical skills assessment were conducted. The results of the two groups were compared, and the standardized training students of the two groups were surveyed, and the recognitions of the students on the two teaching methods were analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the examination of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical skills (P 〉 0.05), but the recognitions of teaching methods in the experimental group were signifcantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the standardized training of dermatologists, the ICBL teaching method can increase students' learning interest and improve their initiative in independent learning.
