摘 要:目的分析微课教学法在眼科护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年3月50名医院眼科实习护生作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组则采用微课教学法。观察两组护生实习结束考察时的理论成绩与操作成绩差异,同时询问两组护生对带教方式的满意度。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩以及对带教方式的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微课教学法在眼科护理临床教学中具有较好的应用效果,能够提高护生的综合能力,为未来的工作与学习建立良好的基础。Objective To analyze the application efect of micro-lecture method in clinical teaching of ophthalmic nursing. Methods From June 2017 to march 2018, 50 hospital ophthalmic nursing student were selected as observation subjects, randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, the traditional teaching mode was adopted, and the observation group was given micro-lecture method. The differences between theoretical and operational results of the two groups of nursing students at the end of their practice were observed. Meanwhile, two groups of nursing students were asked about their satisfaction with teaching methods. Results The scores of theory, operation and satisfaction with teaching methods in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Micro-course teaching method has good application efect in the clinical teaching of ophthalmic nursing, which can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and establish a good foundation for future work and study.
