摘　　要：以兰州石化职业技术学院油气储运技术专业为例,结合学校的办学条件和社会需求,以服务石化产业为出发点,以"与石化产业深度产教融合"为基本理念,以培养满足石化产业"油气储运岗位群"要求的合格人才为逻辑起点,以"体系重构、内容优化"为着力点,建构了一套"能力递进、分层实施"的能力本位课程体系,开发了系列特色教材,搭建了数字化教学资源平台,建成了校企共享的一流实训基地,培育了一支业务过硬的双师队伍,创新了教学方法、考核方式,形成了一套完整的育人体系。Taking the oil ＆ gas storage and transportation technology specialty of Lanzhou petrochemical polytechnicas an example, combining the school＇ s running conditions and social needs, taking serving the petrochemical industryas the starting point, taking ＂ deep production and teaching integration with the petrochemical industry＂ as the basicconcept, cultivating qualified personnel to meet the requirements of ＂ oil and gas storage and transportation post group＂as the logical starting point, taking ＂ system reconstruction and content optimization＂ as the focus, a competency-basedeurrieulmn system was constructed, a series of characteristic teaching materials were developed, a digital teaching resourceplatform was built, a first-class training base shared by schools and enterprises was built, a qualified double-qualifiedprofessional team was cultivated, and teaching was innovated.
