摘 要:目的探讨急救模拟演练培训在急诊科低年资护士应急能力培训中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院急诊科工作时间在3年以内的护士52名作为研究对象开展急救模拟演练,对护士演练前后的急救理论知识掌握情况、急救技能掌握情况、急救模拟演练情况进行比较。结果演练后护士在急诊各疾病抢救流程、急诊各类应急预案、急救抢救药物知识、护理核心制度知识掌握上明显优于演练前(P <0. 05);从急救技能掌握情况上看,演练后护士的徒手心肺复苏、洗胃技术、心肺复苏仪、呼吸机以及除颤仪的掌握情况明显优于演练前(P <0. 05);演练后护士观察并判断病情的能力、应急处理能力、护理操作能力以及护理记录能力均明显优于演练前(P <0. 05)。结论在急诊科低年资护士应急能力培训中,应用急救模拟演练可以明显提升3年以内护士的应急综合能力,在低年资护士培训中应用有重要意义。Objective To explore the application effect of emergency simulation drill in emergency response training for junior nurses in emergency department. Methods To compared the status of the first - aid theoretical knowledge, the first - aid skills, and the first - aid simulation exercise before and after the drill, 52 nurses worked in our emergency department for less than 3 years from January 2015 to January 2017 were observed during the emergency simulation drill implementation. Results After the drill, the nurses were doing better concerning the rescue process of emergency treatment, emergency response plans, emergency rescue medication knowledge, and nursing core system knowledge compared before the drill(P 〈 0.05). In regard to the first aid skills mastering, nurses' bare - handed cardiopuhnonary resuscitation, gastric lavage, cardiopuhnonary resuscitation instrument, respirator and defibrillator mastering after the drill were obviously better than that before the drill( P 〈 0.05 ). The nurses'ability to observe and judge the state of illness, of emergency treatment, of nursing operation and that of nursing recording after the drill were obviously superior to those before the drill(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of emergency simulation drill in the emergency training of junior nurses in emergency department could effectively improve the emergency comprehensive ability of nurses within 3 years, and it' s of great significance in the training of junior nurses.
