摘 要:等级性学业水平考试下的学科素养是整合基础教育人才培养要求、高等教育招生需求、等级性学考的特点而形成的独立表达,不能将它完全等同于本学科课程标准中的"学科核心素养"。思想政治学科素养测评体系建设的关键性工作是构建典型情境活动体系。学科素养导向的思想政治等级性学考就是对考生在真实情境下"做事能力"的考查,而在纸笔测试条件下,考查应突出以下五大技术路径和策略:依托结构不良性有差异的典型情境进行考查、注重对学科知识整合程度的考查、侧重学科思想方法或思维方式的考查、加强对学科专业语言表达能力的考查、侧重对逻辑能力的考查。The Academic Test for the Ordinary High School Students is an independent system which meets the needs of talents cultivation of basic education and students' enrollment of higher education. It has its own characteristics and cannot be treated as a goal of cultivating key competencies under the curriculum standard. The vital work of constructing the competency evaluation system of the ideological and political subject is to construct a typical situational activity system. On this basis, the paper points out that the key task of ideological and political subject competency tests is to examine the students' ability to work in real situations, and puts forward five basic technical paths and strategies to realize the effective evaluation of ideological and political subject competency under the conditions of written tests.
