摘  要:目的:研究肠内高能营养预防胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌根治术后吻合口瘘的效果。方法:以2016年1月至2017年1月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院采用胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌根治术患者66例为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组患者33例,对照组采用肠外营养支持,观察组采用肠内高能营养,对比两组患者预防术后吻合口瘘的效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组吻合口瘘愈合时间和住院时间均早于对照组,治疗后营养指标高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠内高能营养预防胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌根治术后吻合口瘘的效果显著,能够使患者机体蛋白合成,保护肝脏功能。Objective To study the effect of enteral high energy nutrition on prevention of anastomotic leakage following thoracic laparoscopic combined with lower esophageal resection. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 with esophageal resection in 66 patients as the research object in the second affi liated hospital of Chongqing medical university with chest laparoscopy, divided into control group and study group were randomly, there were 33 cases in each group, control group with parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition research group with high energy, prevention of anastomotic fi stula surgery compared to two group of patients after effect. Results The incidence of complications was lower than the control group, the study group anastomotic fi stula healing time and hospitalization time were earlier than the control group,after treatment of nutritional index was higher than the control group,obvious differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The high energy nutrition in the intestine is more effective for the anastomotic leakage after lower thoracic surgery combined with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. It can make the body protein synthesis and protect the liver function, and is suitable for clinical application.
